How to Get Started: Elemi Onboarding Process
To use Elemi as a business, agent, or referrer, you’ll need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Once approved, you’ll receive your ElemiPay account credentials and can start collecting and disbursing payments.
Required Documents
Here’s what we need from you to verify your ElemiPay account:
Certificate of Incorporation (registered and certified)
Company share structure
Company profile (brief + website URL)
ID of all key individuals, including:
National ID (for locals)
Passport (for foreign nationals)
Refugee ID + Attestation (for refugee-led entities)
ID documents for all UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners)
Proof of address (for UBOs and business)
Trading License
How long does onboarding take?
Standard review time: 48–72 hours, assuming documents are complete
A draft agreement will be shared for your review
Once approved, your Elemi account will be created and you can begin integration

Elemi allows global settlements via USDT (TRC20). Settlement fees are:
1% for less than 100,000 USDT
0.8% for 100,000 – 500,000 USDT
0.5% for over 500,000 USDT
